Enabling Your Store

Your online store lets you sell products like merchandise, gear, and extras to anglers — alongside bookings or on their own.

  1. Go to Settings → Store
  2. Toggle the store to "Enabled"
  3. Choose what to sell: physical goods, digital items, or both
  4. Save your settings

Stripe Required

You need a connected Stripe account to accept store payments. See our Connecting Stripe guide if you haven't set one up yet.

Adding Products

  1. Go to Dashboard → Store → Products
  2. Click "Add Product"
  3. Fill in the name and description
  4. Upload one or more photos
  5. Set the price
  6. Enter your starting inventory quantity
  7. Save

Product Details That Matter

  • Name: Keep it clear and concise
  • Description: Highlight materials, sizes, or what makes it special
  • Photos: Well-lit images from multiple angles
  • Price: Your retail price (Stripe fees apply at checkout)
  • Inventory tracking: Enable to auto-reduce stock on purchase

Pro Tip

Add 2-3 photos per product. Products with multiple images sell significantly better than those with just one.

Managing Inventory

View current stock at Dashboard → Store → Inventory. Items update automatically as orders come in.

Low-Stock Alerts

Set a threshold for each product. When stock drops to that level, you'll get an email so you can restock before running out.

Restocking

  1. Open the product from your inventory list
  2. Click "Adjust Stock"
  3. Enter the new quantity or add to the existing count
  4. Save

Out-of-Stock Behavior

When a product hits zero inventory, it's automatically hidden from anglers. Restock it to make it visible again.

Fulfilling Orders

All store orders appear at Dashboard → Store → Orders with the angler name, items, total, and fulfillment status.

Marking Orders as Fulfilled

  • Shipped: Mark as shipped, optionally add a tracking number
  • Picked up: For items anglers collect in person (e.g., at the start of their booking)
  • Digital: Delivered automatically via email after purchase

Pro Tip

Many anglers buy products when they book a trip. Mark those orders as "Pickup" and hand them off in person — no shipping costs.

Store on Your Booking Page

When your store is enabled, a "Shop" section appears on your public booking page. Anglers can browse products while exploring your trips.

Cross-Selling With Trips

Products can be suggested during booking checkout — a great way to increase order value with items like branded gear or snack packs.

Single Checkout

Anglers add products right in the booking flow. Everything is paid in one transaction.

Tips for a Great Store

  • Product photography: Natural lighting and a clean background. Show the product in use when possible.
  • Clear descriptions: Include size, material, and care instructions. Answer questions anglers would ask.
  • Bundle with trips: Offer a discount when buying a product with a trip to boost sales.
  • Keep inventory fresh: Rotate seasonal items and remove anything you no longer stock.
  • Price fairly: Factor in shipping costs if mailing.
  • Fulfill fast: Ship within 1-2 business days for happy, repeat anglers.
